The professional will interpret technical drawings, assemble and weld prototype, jig, and fixture projects, and develop and maintain tools and equipment.

Description:
* Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in welding processes.
* Knowledge of metallic material properties.
* Teamwork.
* Advantage: Experience in development and assembly of tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
* Interpret technical drawings, CAD 3D projects, and production orders to perform technical and operational activities.
* Assemble/weld prototype, pilot batch, jig, fixture, tooling, assembly, or component projects according to 3D project or technical drawing.
* Develop and manufacture specialized tools, parts, and accessories to meet factory production and infrastructure requirements.
* Modify, adjust, and calibrate existing tools to improve performance or adapt\-to new operating conditions. Generally, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical tools and equipment.
* Implement modifications, repairs, improvements, or adjustments to factory infrastructure per projects and actions coordinated with Manufacturing Engineering.
* Prepare welding equipment (welding accessories and consumables) and other machines and equipment to be used (operation of industrial machinery).
* Join metallic alloy components using the welding process, adhering to company-specified welding parameters.
* Provide floor support to assist in identifying issues and implementing improvements or repairs related to jigs, fixtures, production methods, and products.
* Conduct technical and operational monitoring, support, and validation of jigs and fixtures (tooling) together with Manufacturing Engineering and production departments.
* Suggest improvements to jig, fixture (tooling), or prototype projects in collaboration with Engineering departments.
