Responsibilities and Activities * **Fleet Management:** Ensure all equipment is in perfect working condition and ready for rental. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Carry out the preventive maintenance schedule to mitigate future failures. * **Field Corrective Maintenance:** Respond promptly and effectively to corrective service calls, providing on-site technical assistance to customers when necessary. * **Technical Inspections:** Conduct comprehensive and detailed inspections of equipment parked in the yard. * **Return Control:** Carefully inspect equipment returning from rental contracts. * **Training:** Guide and instruct customers and users on the correct use of equipment. Essential Requirements * Solid technical knowledge in **Hydraulics** and **Engines**. * **Advanced** knowledge in **Electrical Systems**. Preferred Qualifications * Strong ability to independently resolve problems. * Excellent organization and routine planning skills. * Focus on meeting deadlines and commitment to deliverables. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Strong desire for knowledge and continuous technical updating.
