**About the Role**
We are looking for an **Operations Manager (COO)** to join our investment holding company, focused on driving the ecosystem of a major healthcare operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for **leading operational excellence**, establishing processes and procedures that ensure effective execution of defined strategic plans. This role requires a **business-oriented leader**, capable of managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, and ensuring outcomes align with **the company’s growth and innovation objectives**.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **As Operations Manager of the Holding Company, your responsibilities will include**
* Strategic Planning and Execution: Actively participate in strategic planning and policy/program definition, translating them into concrete action plans to achieve established goals and objectives;
* Project and Innovation Management: Manage the strategic and innovation project portfolio—from conception and feasibility studies for new businesses through implementation and performance monitoring;
* Process Optimization: Establish, implement, and monitor operational processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with applicable standards and certifications, including quality management system oversight;
* Leadership and Team Development: Manage, develop, and align teams under your responsibility, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, innovative, and continuously developing environment—with emphasis on cultivating future leaders and building a robust succession pipeline;
* Performance Monitoring: Develop and ensure continuous monitoring of business metrics (KPIs), formulating action plans to correct deviations and achieve the holding’s strategic objectives;
* Business Acumen and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain deep understanding of the holding’s business model, track market trends, and ensure operational alignment with customer and other stakeholder needs.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education for this position:**
* Completed undergraduate degree.
**Qualifications:**
* Experience in executive leadership roles (Executive Board, Senior Management) in areas such as Operations, Strategy, Innovation, or Project Management—preferably within the healthcare sector, investment funds (Private Equity/Venture Capital), or strategic consulting firms;
* Postgraduate degree, MBA, or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Healthcare Management is a plus;
* Experience in managing and developing high-performance teams, with demonstrated ability to delegate, inspire, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment;
* Experience in strategic planning, project portfolio management, and implementation of innovation and continuous improvement programs;
* Strategic and Business Vision: Ability to understand macroeconomic conditions and healthcare industry trends, translating them into business opportunities and effective operational strategies.
