Your Responsibilities * Audit full-funnel acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, TV, radio, OOH, trade, and internal marketing. * Validate end-to-end tracking (Ads → Site → CRM → Finance). * Verify data integrity and taxonomy (UTMs, events, naming conventions). * Investigate technical inconsistencies, spending anomalies, and platform discrepancies. * Reconstruct root causes of issues related to cost, volume, quality, or attribution. * Evaluate CRM, funnel performance, lead quality, and operational workflows. * Map competitors and reconstruct their structures in depth. * Monitor technical fixes and certify implementations. * Produce clear, objective, and actionable executive reports. * Recommend the optimal media mix based on context, market, and operational maturity. What We’re Looking For: * Solid experience in media and acquisition. * Advanced proficiency in GA4 (DebugView, Enhanced Conversions, Data Streams). * Mastery of GTM Web + Server-Side. * Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (engineering-level—not operational). * Deep understanding of attribution models, lookback windows, deduplication, and privacy regulations (LGPD, Consent Mode). * Ability to perform cross-channel analysis (digital + offline + trade + internal marketing). * Advanced data interpretation: funnel, CRM, attribution, CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, churn. * Statistical thinking for test and hypothesis validation. * Ability to translate complex data into direct, actionable conclusions. * Skill in building dynamic spreadsheets and cohort analyses. * Critical creativity—formulating hypotheses behind problems and validating them rigorously.
