We believe in promoting our core values through our brands, people, and products — advancing inclusion, the "do-it-yourself" culture, and the "eco\-friendly" ethos via green and shared economy initiatives, generating wealth while caring for nature — not only through our services but also through the engagement of our employees, franchisees, and customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the assembly and installation of machines and equipment according to technical specifications. * Conduct operational tests to verify proper equipment functionality. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical machines and systems. * Strictly adhere to safety regulations and correctly use PPE. * Interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and operation manuals. * Assist in inventory control and organization of tools and replacement parts. * Support the technical team in performing inspections and fault diagnostics. * Perform minor mechanical and electrical adjustments as directed by the supervisor. * Assist in preparing and organizing technical documents and reports. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace to ensure efficiency and safety. **What We Seek: Soft and Hard Skills** * **Hard Skills:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school. * Interest in beginning technical training in **Electrotechnology or Electronics**. * Basic knowledge of or interest in learning about machine and equipment assembly and maintenance. * Basic computer skills are a plus. * Willingness to learn about safety regulations and proper PPE usage. * **Soft Skills:** * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Commitment to deadlines and service quality. * Responsibility and discipline in adhering to safety regulations.
