Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you; however, we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** Work alongside the Discipline’s Responsible Instructor as a mediator and facilitator of the pedagogical process for students: guide individual learning paths, respond to and moderate questions, advise and guide the learning process, analyze interactions, generate communication and resources, and mediate the use and handling of equipment. **** **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guide and motivate students, encouraging them to maintain focus and interest in the course, and supporting them in meeting deadlines and completing activities within the virtual learning environment. * Provide feedback to students on academic assignments, helping them improve and progress in their learning. * Identify student groups facing learning difficulties to provide targeted support and assistance. * Implement engagement initiatives to enhance student motivation within the virtual learning environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * A completed or ongoing postgraduate degree is an advantage; * Clear and objective communication skills; * Empathy to accommodate different learning styles; * Responsibility regarding deadlines and commitments; * Familiarity with and basic computer skills; * Organizational and time management skills; **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy** **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Afternoon and evening — Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
