Responsibilities* Provide customer support via email and phone for small and medium-sized enterprises; * Provide contractual, product, plan, technical, and usage-related information about the contracted product; * Address customer inquiries; * Receive complaints regarding products or services provided by TNS and assist in resolving them; if the issue falls outside support scope, escalate to the responsible department; * Identify the involved department or area and resolve the customer issue optimally, documenting all details in the ticketing system; * Log all calls in the system; * Open tickets with carriers, suppliers, and TNS partners to resolve customer issues; * Monitor tickets, follow up, request feedback, and obtain updates on ticket resolution status; * Provide technical support and assistance to the customer base, perform network monitoring (NOC), and implement corrective actions.
