Focus on high availability and performance of IT services ### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Bilingual Low-Platform Analyst (Network Administration)** to work in a corporate mission-critical environment with constant interaction with global teams. This professional will be responsible for supporting, administering, and maintaining network infrastructure and IT environments, ensuring high availability and service performance. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain network environments (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi) * Support low-platform infrastructure (servers, workstations, and services) * Monitor performance, availability, and security of environments * Perform troubleshooting for network and infrastructure incidents and problems * Support changes, deployments, and environment improvements (change management) * Collaborate with international teams to resolve incidents and requests * Document technical procedures and environment updates * Adhere to ITIL best practices and IT governance ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Advanced/Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking) — **used daily** * Experience in network and IT infrastructure administration * Knowledge of: * TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN * Network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) * Windows and/or Linux operating systems * Experience with monitoring tools * Experience in critical corporate environments ### **Desired Qualifications** * Certifications in the field (e.g., CCNA or similar) * Information security knowledge * Experience in industrial environments or sensitive operations * Familiarity with ITIL methodologies ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Sense of urgency and accountability * Strong communication skills, especially in multicultural settings * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Operational organization and discipline ### **Opportunity Differentiators** * Work in a multinational environment * Exposure to critical, highly complex operations * Technical development and collaboration with global teams Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
