If you're seeking to boost your career in an environment full of opportunities, where accelerating means not only advancing in positions and responsibilities but also facing constant challenges, don't miss this chance! **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan social policies by developing plans, programs, and social projects specifically focused on social assistance for individuals, families, groups, and communities. * Comply with internal regulations, norms, and procedures related to health, hygiene, and occupational safety inherent to the sector, as well as adhere to compliance requirements, observations, and applicable company regulations. * Assist in the development of social programs and projects by organizing courses, lectures, and meetings. Research the social reality by conducting socioeconomic studies, identifying needs and interests of the assisted population, recording user profiles, characteristics of the operational area, on-site information, surrounding entities, and institutions. * Define multidisciplinary methodologies and techniques for individual, group, or collective care, proposing facilitative tools to improve service organization. * Clarify doubts of those assisted, providing guidance on rights and responsibilities, access to established rights, institutional routines, special care, social services and resources, rules, codes, legislation, processes, procedures, and techniques. Guide and teach users to optimize resource usage. * Carry out technical procedures, registering services and reporting problem situations to relevant agencies. Monitor ongoing actions by tracking results from program, project, and plan implementations. * Perform technical social assistance activities for individuals, families, groups, and communities, applying methods and processes oriented toward citizenship development and social inclusion, along with other related duties. * Monitor the development of socio-assistance programs administered by the granting authority in partnership with the government and offered to citizens who meet defined profiles and requirements. * Provide socially relevant information such as addresses of community resources including shelters, child protection councils, police stations, hospitals, milk banks/collection points, among others. * Assist citizens with requests to unblock their Benefit Card to access benefits from the state government's public cash transfer policy program, as well as in * Checking available benefit credits on their respective program Benefit Card. Update the correspondence address in the Public Policy Program registration within the operational region so that citizens are informed and updated about benefits they are entitled to. * Arrange updates to registration of family members, partners, and friends authorized to visit inmates at state prison facilities.
