Responsible for analyzing, planning, and monitoring commercial results from a financial perspective. Unlike traditional controlling—focused primarily on compliance and cost control—this role centers on the economic performance of sales, evaluating pricing, margins, product mix, commissions, and marketing investment returns. \- Works closely with commercial leadership as a business partner, supporting strategic decisions and anticipating risks and opportunities. \- Analyzes pricing policies, discounts, profitability/margins by product, customer, channel, and region, ensuring applied prices cover costs and achieve the expected contribution margin. \- Identifies loss-making sales channels. \- Supports defining discount limits and profitable commercial strategies. \- Supports portfolio decisions focused on margin and value generation. \- Supports development of the sales budget (Budget) and conducts periodic revisions (Forecast) based on market trends. \- Conducts periodic Forecast revisions based on historical data and market trends. \- Analyzes variances between actual, budgeted, and forecasted results, proposing adjustments. \- Validates calculation of sales team commissions and incentives, ensuring targets align with profitability—not just revenue volume. \- Ensures alignment between commercial goals, sales volume, and profitability, monitoring specific metrics to guide commercial leadership decision-making. \- Supports development of variable compensation models oriented toward profitability. \- Evaluates return on investment (ROI) for campaigns, promotional activities, and trade marketing funds. \- Monitors point-of-sale investment efficiency. \- Supports decisions regarding resource allocation for marketing and commercial activities.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Proficiency in handling data via Excel, SQL (database), BI (Cube);
Advanced Office suite proficiency
ERP system knowledge
Ability to prepare logical and coherent presentations;
Analytical profile;
Strong logical reasoning;
Good communication skills;
Negotiation skills to curb excessive discounts without demotivating the sales team.
**Desirable Requirements:**
