




- Research new potential suppliers, aiming to optimize costs and improve quality; obtain quotations from new suppliers and present options to the Sales Director; - Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best conditions regarding pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery deadlines. Seek cost reduction and improvement in payment terms.; - Assist in supplier evaluation to meet the requirements of the quality management system, and follow all procedures described, maintaining them properly organized and up to date. - Monitor supplier certifications required for production; - Track supplier performance (on-time delivery and product quality); - Request samples from potential suppliers; - Monitor inventory levels, identify purchasing needs, place replenishment orders, and track delivery status; - Monitor purchase orders and ensure on-time deliveries; - Track operational costs using spreadsheets; - Control and report savings related to services and materials to the manager responsible for purchase requests; - Enter invoices into the system; - Update internal databases with order information (dates, suppliers, quantities, discounts); - Assist the finance department with activities (accounts payable and receivable). Required: Previous experience as a Procurement Assistant or in a related role; high school diploma and/or undergraduate studies in progress or completed; proficiency in Excel/ERP; negotiation, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; market research knowledge; proactivity; willingness to learn; strong organizational skills; commitment to deadlines and quality; analytical and planning ability; good communication and interpersonal skills. Salary: R$ 3.000,00 per month Benefits: Meal allowance (R$ 28,00 per day) and transportation allowance. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
