




Job Summary: Support Analyst responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and providing on-site technical support for equipment and software at the client's site. Key Highlights: 1. On-site technical support to users Position: Support Analyst (Vacation Coverage) Location: Tamanduá – Descalvado/SP Work Model: 100% On-site Employment Type: CLT Salary: To be discussed Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:40 Responsibilities: * Perform field activities at the client's site; * Diagnose faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems; * Identify client issues and needs to improve equipment performance; * Provide corrective and preventive technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware; * Install and configure microcomputer equipment; * Install and configure Microsoft suite software and internet software; * Verify physical and electrical conditions of installation sites; * Provide on-site technical support to users. Requirements: * Experience in technical support and microcomputing; * Knowledge of hardware maintenance; * Experience installing and configuring Microsoft software; * Strong communication and user support skills; * Proactive and organized profile.
