YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT: Ensure product preparation and sales quality, as well as preventive maintenance of facilities; * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Manage and motivate the team to deliver the best customer experience, with emphasis on hygiene and food safety; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor restaurant performance, including purchasing, cash handling, and efficient labor utilization, per company procedures; * FOOD SAFETY: Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations; * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Supervise goods receipt and inventory control, respecting budget constraints and prioritizing efficiency; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies; * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Conduct training and capacity-building initiatives to maintain a highly capable team delivering excellent service. REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Minimum age of 18 years.
