A professional to manage, develop, and enhance machining and fabrication industrial processes, leading teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage, develop, and enhance industrial processes involving machining (lathe, milling, CNC, machining centers) and heavy and light fabrication (cutting, bending, welding, and assembly).
* Develop, implement, and monitor work methods, line balancing, factory layout, and production flows.
* Ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings, standards, tolerances, and project specifications.
* Monitor, evaluate, and ensure the quality of welding processes (MIG, TIG, stick electrode, submerged arc) and dimensional inspections.
* Monitor performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, rework, scrap, lead time, OEE), structuring action plans and improvements.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and PDCA.
* Collaborate with PCP (Production Control Planning), Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure product delivery timelines, costs, and quality.
* Promote and strengthen workplace safety culture, ensuring compliance with NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards), ISO 9001, and other technical standards.
* Analyze non-conformities, propose solutions, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams, developing both technical and behavioral competencies.
* Coordinate ERP system usage and ensure proper recording of production-related information.
* Continuously pursue increased productivity, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
* Solid experience in industrial processes within the metal-mechanical sector, preferably in machinery manufacturing.
* Hands-on experience in machining, fabrication, welding, and process engineering.
* Prior experience leading industrial teams and managing performance indicators.
* Familiarity with NRs, ISO 9001, inspections, and dimensional control.
