We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for Localiza\&Co. This professional will serve customers by providing information regarding car rentals, negotiating rates and optional services when necessary, as well as verifying customer profiles to approve rentals—aiming to execute rental contracts that meet customer needs and expectations while ensuring business profitability. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the main responsibilities include: * Initiate the first contact with the customer; * Serve customers, understand their profiles, and address potential questions; * Guide customers to the most suitable product and service; * Complete the sales process.
