Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning and building maintenance services, grass cutting, weeding, and pest control monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and focus on results **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform building cleaning, grass cutting and mowing, chemical weeding, cleaning and sanitization of water tanks, and monitoring of urban pest and vector control services. **RESIDENCE:** Reside in Santa Maria, Rosário do Sul, or São Pedro do Sul/RS. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Class B driver's license (non-provisional); Availability for travel; Identify\-with service delivery and customer service activities. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute break. **COMPENSATION:** Salary commensurate with the position; R$ 2\.166,00 to R$ 2\.333,00 Hazard Pay (40%).
