





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** We are seeking a sales professional to join our Group! Our Agency operates in the retail commercial sector, selling Claro’s services, including: residential internet, subscription TV, and all mobile and fixed-line services. Activities: Registering sales in sales tracking tools, maintaining PDV activation status, building relationships with store sales staff and managers. Proactivity, strong motivation, and active customer outreach (both inside and outside the store) to sell telecom plans and services; sales actions focused on achieving results. Responsibilities: • Prospect customers; • Sell Claro’s products and services; • Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions; • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships; • Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention; • Maintain regular contact with customers, monitoring the sales and post-sales process; • Inform customers about products and their benefits, pricing, promotions, and warranties. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Must be at least 18 years old; Valid personal documents up to date. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Saturday **BENEFITS:** We offer a base salary of R$1,911.00 + performance-based bonus; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher of $15.00; Health insurance; Training programs and growth opportunities.
