




**Description** The professional will be responsible for monitoring operational procedures and compliance records, ensuring the traceability of processes and products at all stages of production. Will ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, Federal Inspection requirements, as well as internal standards for quality, environment, health and safety. Will work on the analysis and maintenance of traceability systems, identifying improvement opportunities and guaranteeing data integrity to support audits and decision-making. **Responsibilities and duties** Ensure product traceability from live animal reception through to final shipment, ensuring compliance with current legislation and specific requirements of importing markets; Perform daily verification of reports generated at each stage of the production process, ensuring information accuracy and correct production mass balance; Conduct periodic inventory checks, ensuring consistency between physical and system records; Monitor and verify, both documentarily and on-site, the compliance of recorded information, guaranteeing data integrity and traceability throughout the entire process. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields.
