Operational Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a professional with an analytical, technological, and operational profile, capable of directly contributing to the improvement of internal processes, development of performance indicators, and implementation of technology-, automation-, and artificial intelligence-driven solutions. **Job Mission** To structure and evolve operational controls, performance indicators, cost analysis, and continuous process improvement across the company, supporting management in data-driven decision-making through technology and automation. The professional will actively participate in the company’s operational transformation, helping implement new methodologies, systems, integrations, and business-applied AI solutions. **Key Responsibilities** **Operational Intelligence** * Structure and monitor operational and financial indicators; * Develop management dashboards and reports; * Identify operational deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities; * Support executive leadership and managers in data analysis and decision-making; * Build productivity, cost, and operational efficiency metrics. **Continuous Improvement and Processes** * Map operational and administrative processes; * Identify failures, risks, and optimization opportunities; * Propose and implement improvements to internal workflows; * Participate in process and control standardization; * Structure action plans and track their execution with respective departments. **Technology, Automation, and AI** * Support the deployment of technological tools and solutions; * Participate in building process automations; * Integrate operational systems and platforms; * Support initiatives leveraging business-applied artificial intelligence; Assist in organizing and structuring corporate data for use in automation and AI. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of: * Automations; Make; n8n; * APIs; * SharePoint; * System integration; * Artificial intelligence applied to processes; * No-code/low-code tools. * LLMs and agents * Experience with: * Process implementation; * Operational transformation projects; * KPI structuring; * Operational cost management; * Power BI **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in: * Production Engineering; * Information Systems; * Administration with analytical focus; * Software Engineering; or * Data Science.
