Continuous monitoring for efficiency and improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for overseeing the product manufacturing process—from raw material receipt to finished product packaging—ensuring the proper progression of production stages. Ensures production standards by monitoring analytical results and guaranteeing final product quality. Conducts daily silo inspections, as well as tank level control and sanitation, while also verifying equipment conditions and overall factory hygiene. Supervises tallow plant operational processes—including cooking, pressing, grinding, and sifting—particularly in the production of meat-and-bone meal and blood meal. Also organizes departmental activities, guides the operational team, ensures compliance with quality, safety, and good manufacturing practices, and continuously monitors processes to enhance efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical course in Food Science or related fields.
