RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform tasks of lower complexity such as measuring works through digital systems, registration and planning of projects, always in compliance with internal standards, governance and regulatory/legal requirements of the area's processes. Activities performed in an administrative environment. **Main Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan schedules, timelines and committees for distribution network projects, administratively interacting with CCM companies and internal departments. * Assist in managing CCM contracts, respond and provide documentary support in internal/external audits (certifying bodies) and performance indicators for the construction and maintenance area. * Use current systems to plan material supply demands according to execution schedules. * Monitor maintenance activation processes together with CCM companies. * Perform, using current systems, measurement, payment, publication, unitization and closure of medium-complexity distribution network works and maintenance activities. * Administratively dispatch project survey and work supervision tasks to construction and maintenance technicians.
