We are looking for creative and proactive professionals who want to deliver high-quality work in the development field. **Required Qualifications**: * Strong experience as TL/Staff/Lead in **Go and/or Java** for critical systems (high availability). * Solid experience with synchronous and asynchronous integrations: REST + messaging/streams (Kafka/SQS/Rabbit). * Practical mastery of **idempotency**, deduplication, consistency, and reprocessing. * Experience with observability and production diagnostics (metrics, logs, tracing). * Strong practice of testing and CI/CD with gates (unit/integration/contract; quality as a requirement). * Applied security expertise: OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC/ABAC, secrets management, least privilege, handling of PII. * Solid knowledge of **React** architecture (structure, state management, performance, and patterns). * Understanding of web security (tokens, practical OWASP, sessions) and backend integration. * Proven experience in **transactional financial processes**, with practical mastery of: + States and exceptions (reversals/refunds) + **Reconciliation** and how discrepancies occur + SLAs, auditing, and evidence (traceability) * Strong communication with client stakeholders and ability to transform ambiguity into an executable plan. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Kubernetes, cloud (AWS), IaC (Terraform), canary releases, SRE practices (SLO, error budget). * Contract testing at scale, schema registry, event governance. * Experience with high-volume performance/latency optimization (profiling p95/p99\). * Direct experience in acquiring/sub-acquiring (split, MDR, advance payments, schedules). * Experience with chargebacks/disputes and evidence operations. * Experience in regulated environments with recurring audits. **We Offer**: * Excellent work environment for skill development; * Friendly and casual environment; * Remote work; * Flexible working hours; * One day off on your birthday. **Want to join this team?** Then send your resume to recrutamento@bravi.com.br and we’ll contact you shortly!
