Diverse and highly qualified team Dear Candidate, We at Mercopampa Transportes are delighted to extend a job offer for the position of HR Department Assistant to join our team. ### **Job Objective:** Support HR department routines, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor obligations, maintaining organization and adherence to legal regulations. ### **Responsibilities and Activities** * Enter data into the payroll system; * Calculate vacation entitlements and employment terminations; * Manage employee onboarding in the system. ### **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school; technical or undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Administration is preferred. * **Experience:** Practical experience in HR department routines, including payroll processing, employee onboarding, vacation management, and employment terminations. * **Key Considerations:** Strict adherence to statutory deadlines, confidentiality of labor-related information, and meticulous attention to calculation accuracy. ### **KEY COMPETENCIES** * **Knowledge:** HR department routines, labor legislation, payroll system. * **Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, verification of calculations. * **Attitude:** Confidentiality, accountability, deadline orientation. * **Job Values:** Confidentiality, data stewardship, strict adherence to deadlines. ### **General Conditions** * **Employment Type/Work Schedule:** CLT – 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break) * **Work Modality/Location:** On-site – Office * **Tools/Languages:** Payroll system (proficiency required), basic Microsoft Office suite; * **Legal Compliance:** Full compliance with labor regulations, maintenance of data confidentiality, and adherence to LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
