Main Responsibilities: * Weekly analyses requested by management; * Accounts Payable Entry: record and organize the company’s expenses, ensuring accuracy of financial information; * Payment Process: assist in the payment process of invoices in the Omie system, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal procedures; * Invoice Verification: analyze whether all invoices are up to date and properly recorded in the system; if not, you must possess analytical judgment to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring everything is 100% current.
