This OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: Learning Instructor at CIEE-RS! **Responsibilities:** * Deliver youth training within the apprenticeship program, adhering to the program’s methodology and guidelines; * Plan and conduct theoretical learning sessions, applying the methodology while considering the specific realities of each cohort; * Adapt and propose activities that encourage apprentices to go beyond the presented content, fostering reflection and developing competencies for the world of work; * Act as a mediator/facilitator in the learning process of adolescents and young people; * Promote and support apprentices’ development, providing appropriate guidance when necessary; * Record and monitor apprentices’ attendance in theoretical training; * Enter required information into the internal system; * Propose and participate in follow-up meetings with apprentices, companies, and other stakeholders; * Support critical analysis of processes within your area of operation, suggesting improvements when necessary; * Provide support to other departmental activities as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in final semesters of Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Teacher Education programs; * Experience in education and/or working with youth is desirable. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. **"Here, everyone has space to grow.
