Job Summary: Position for Young Apprentice to assist with organization and administrative support in Santa Maria/RS, performing tasks such as inventory organization, laundry management, and food distribution. Performance-based bonuses via the Goals Program We are part of the **Recruitment and Selection Team of Rede Drops Motéis**, the largest motel chain in the country, operating across **7 Brazilian states**. We currently have an **opening for Assistant – Young Apprentice (ages 18–24)** at our **Santa Maria/RS unit**. **Responsibilities:** * Organizing, reviewing, and controlling suite inventory; * Organizing internal laundry items (folding and bagging products); * Internal distribution and dispatch of food supplies to the kitchen; * Ongoing support for administrative tasks. **Schedule / Weekly Schedule:** * In-person training **once per week**; * Practical activities from **Monday to Friday**. **Location:** Bangalô Motel by Drops BR\-158, nº 98 – Nossa Sra.
