




**Description** Responsible for assisting in productive process activities at the slaughterhouse, working in various stages such as slaughtering, deboning, packaging, cooling, and product organization. Contribute to the efficient operation of the production line, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and productivity standards required by the food industry. **All our job openings are available to PWD (People with Disabilities) and rehabilitated candidates.** **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in productive process stages such as slaughtering, deboning, cutting, trimming, separation, weighing, and packaging of beef. Operate equipment such as trimmers, saws, sealers, and scales. Perform cutting and trimming of parts from ribs, hindquarters, and forequarters according to production scheduling. Weigh, package, label, and organize products, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the environment and equipment according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Comply with Federal Inspection Service (SIF) requirements and internal standards regarding quality, environment, health, and occupational safety. **Requirements and qualifications** Elementary education.
