Continuous growth results from investments in quality and operations, positioning us as one of Brazil’s leading investment groups. **Join us!** #### **What We’re Looking For?** We seek a Tech Lead to serve as a technical reference, leading the development of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. We look for a professional with strategic vision, strong hands-on capability, and the ability to influence teams and technical decisions. #### **Daily Responsibilities:** * Lead development teams technically; * Define and evolve architecture, standards, and best practices; * Develop and maintain web applications with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular; * Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs; * Address complex technical problems and make technical decisions; * Promote integration between technology and product teams; * Conduct code reviews and drive continuous improvement of development processes. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Solid experience in development and in a Tech Lead or technical reference role; * Proficiency in cloud application architecture (AWS), APIs, messaging (Kafka), and integration with external products; * Experience with agile methodologies and development best practices; * Experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular; * Knowledge of Git (GitHub) for version control; * Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB); * Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and leadership ability; * Completed undergraduate degree. #### **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with microservices, cloud, and distributed architecture; * Experience with high-volume systems; * Knowledge of observability, security, and technical governance. #### **What We Offer:** * Employment type: CLT * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM #### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance: You choose!
