Job Summary: Information Technology Internship to assist in technical support for customers, service request management, installation supervision, and training delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct training sessions with customers and system users **INTERNSHIP IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, SYSTEMS ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT, COMPUTER ENGINEERING, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, AND RELATED FIELDS.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in providing technical support to customers via chat and phone calls; * Assist in tracking and managing service requests; * Assist in supervising system installations and configurations; * Assist in conducting training sessions with customers and system users. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in a technical, technological, or undergraduate program in Information Technology or related fields; * Basic knowledge of technical support; * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese; * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently; * Aptitude for learning new technologies and software; * Availability to work on-site. **DESIRED COMPETENCIES** * Empathy and active listening; * Calmness and patience; * Problem-solving ability; * Clear and concise communication; * Flexibility. **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION** * Working hours: 6 hours per day; * Work modality: On-site; * Location: Cidade Industrial, Curitiba \- PR. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * **Stipend: R$ 10.50 per hour (approximately R$ 1200+)** * Transportation allowance for on-site days; * Fully company-funded dental plan; * Life insurance; * **Birthday allowance: R$ 100.00\.** Job type: Internship Contract duration: 12 months Payment: R$10.50 per hour Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have prior experience in troubleshooting and handling technical support tickets? * What course are you currently studying?
