Job Summary: This internship offers an opportunity to work in technical support, involving incident registration and tracking, documentation, and dashboard creation, with a focus on continuous process improvement. Suggestions for improvement in support processes Curitiba, Brazil Temporary 60\-80% On-site This is where you will shine * Handle, register, and track incidents in Azure DevOps; * Triage requests and update statuses in boards/work items; * Support projects and testing with the technical team; * Produce documentation (reports, meeting minutes, checklists, KB); * Create dashboards/reports (Excel/Power BI); * Suggest improvements in support processes. These are the skills you will need * Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields; * Intermediate English; * Intermediate Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Availability to intern on-site at the company from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Basic Spanish is desirable; * Knowledge of C\#, Angular, and SQL, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and digital tools and generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) is desirable.
