Opportunity to support strategic decision-making through financial analysis **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and analyze management reports (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Budget, Costs, and KPIs); * Monitor financial results, budget variances, and margins; * Support the preparation, control, and review of the annual budget; * Prepare performance reports, conduct results analysis, and monitor KPIs; * Perform feasibility, profitability, and performance analyses; * Support internal audits and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures; * Improve financial processes and internal controls; * Provide data and analyses containing strategic information for decision-making. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controllership, finance, or related areas; * Knowledge of financial analysis and performance indicators; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; * Organizational skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in retail or high-volume operational companies; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Experience in budgeting and financial planning; * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and strategic profile; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under deadlines and handle sensitive data.
