Job Summary: The Technical Support Advisor will analyze documents and product specifications to meet technical requirements of tender documents, providing internal and external technical support. Seeking knowledge and complementary solutions Job Responsibilities: The Curitiba/PR branch has an open position for a Technical Support Advisor responsible for documentary technical analysis of tender documents, where: * Analyze documents and product specifications daily to meet technical requirements of tender documents; * Identify additional requirements beyond tender specifications, such as deadlines, accessories, installations, certificates, etc.; * Clarify and resolve technical questions with issuing authorities / Public Administration regarding the tender to minimize uncertainties; * Tabulate product technical specifications and provide technical support for tender progress based on tabulated analysis to relevant internal departments; * Conduct technical follow-up in case of award notifications; * Provide technical support to the sales and after-sales teams upon request; * Provide technical assistance to the legal team for challenging, defending, or filing appeals related to tenders; * Technically defend the analysis versus non-qualified products; * Seek knowledge to understand technical requirements in order to clarify questions or even requirements; * Seek complementary solutions such as management software among possible requirements associated with the products.
