Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Consultant for management consulting projects focused on results, process improvement, data analysis, and support for implementing integrated systems—particularly in the food industry. Participating in projects targeting medium and small enterprises We are looking for a **Junior Consultant** to work on **results-oriented management consulting projects** for medium and small enterprises, especially in the food industry. This opportunity involves participation in process improvement initiatives, support for implementing management methodologies (e.g., PDCA), data analysis, assistance in implementing integrated information systems, and support in generating performance indicators for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the execution of Information Systems Implementation and Results-Oriented Management Consulting projects, working under the guidance of more experienced consultants; * Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to processes, costs, KPIs, and outcomes; * Support process mapping and standardization of routines; * Contribute to preparing management reports, KPIs, targets, and deviation tracking; * Support applying the PDCA methodology in consulting projects; * Participate in client meetings and assist in driving necessary changes to achieve expected results; * Assist in preparing training materials and conducting internal and client training sessions; * Support scheduling, activity tracking, and deadline adherence; * Collaborate in identifying improvements and new client requirements. **Areas of Expertise:** * Results-Oriented Management Consulting (Daily Operations Management, Revenue Management, Cost Management, Financial Management); * Corporate Strategic Planning; * Corporate Budget Definition and Management; * Process Mapping; * Support for Implementing Integrated Management Systems (ERP – MagisTI); * Support for Product Cost Closing and Preparation of Managerial Income Statements (DRE). **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Dairy Science, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel (primary differentiator for this position); * Knowledge of PDCA; * Ability to analyze data and organize information; * Aptitude for following standardized processes; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn; * Organizational and planning skills, plus strong interpersonal relationships; * Willingness to travel. * Driver’s License Category B Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.185,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance
