Job Summary: The Coutinho Group is seeking a Controller Analyst to prepare and analyze managerial income statements, monitor budgets, develop KPIs, and support planning and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and analyze managerial income statements and financial reports. 2. Conduct budget monitoring and identify opportunities. 3. Build and update financial dashboards and models (Excel/Power BI). The Coutinho Group (Extrabom, Extraplus, and Atacado Vem retail chains) — one of the largest food retail companies in Espírito Santo, with 49 stores and continuous growth — is seeking a Controller Analyst. Responsibilities * Prepare and analyze managerial income statements, financial reports, and performance statements. * Conduct budget monitoring (actual vs. budget), identifying variances and opportunities. * Develop and maintain financial and operational KPIs. * Support the budget planning process. * Build and update financial dashboards and models (Excel/Power BI). * Assist in implementing procedures, policies, and internal controls. * Perform cost, margin, expense, and profitability analyses. * Support internal and external audits.
