JUNIOR LOGISTICS ANALYST

Speak with your immediate manager, express your intentions, and keep your resume updated on Sonepeople. **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze stock reports and adjustments (Inventory/Correction): physically and systemically analyze inventory items with discrepancies, justifying possible adjustments with approval from management/directors, ensuring physical and system accuracy. * Physically count materials to compare with the system: conduct audits and perform cycle counts at warehouse locations using data collectors, ensuring physical and system accuracy. * Create and monitor KPIs: track progress through the WMS system and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring deadlines are met. * Conduct product lifecycle research: consult via WMS and physically inspect items with expiration dates in the warehouse, ensuring proper inventory control. * Provide feedback to the team: conduct weekly briefings to identify opportunities for improvement and correction of logistics processes. * Identify and organize materials to be inventoried: consider location, manufacturer, and product family during the audit process at warehouse locations, ensuring inventory quality and accuracy. * Perform rotating inventory by product family: according to manager definitions and rules established by the inventory team via the WMS system, ensuring all counting frequencies are completed. * Support leadership in operational planning and activities: use the WMS system to ensure processes are carried out in chronological order, preventing delays. * Verify and update material records: performed through the WMS system, ensuring that product classes in stock are correct. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree * Availability to work in Serra/ES * Experience in Logistics * Advanced Excel skills are essential * Schedule: 1:00 PM to 10:48 PM **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Meal allowance, Transportation voucher, Life insurance, Gympass, Profit sharing (PLR), Access to GoFluent language platform. **Optum Support Program:** In partnership with **Ifood**, offering psychological and social counseling extended to family members at no cost to the employee, accessible via phone call; Nortel is an equal opportunity employer and invites women, visible minorities, and individuals with disabilities to apply.
