**Your day-to-day responsibilities...**
This position is responsible for operating equipment and performing activities within the Dosimetry area, in compliance with Safety, Quality, Industry Standards, and Internal Regulations. The employee in this role will be accountable for micro-weighing raw materials and adding inputs during product dosing, as well as cleaning equipment and facilities. This role will also involve teamwork to carry out planned activities related to the daily production plan (cleaning and inspection standards). The employee must participate in TPM methodology implementation according to the area’s step-by-step process and act with an owner’s mindset toward their machine, engaging in GTA and 5S activities.
Safety, Quality, and Sustainability Practices: The employee must also follow Safety and Health instructions and participate in accident prevention programs to strengthen a preventive culture; respect and comply with Food Safety and Quality instructions; perform sampling, testing, and process and product controls to prevent internal or external dissatisfaction or losses; focus on continuous operational improvement; actively contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and performance enhancement to increase the company’s competitiveness;
**What will contribute to your success?**
Completed high school education; technical and/or higher education qualifications are considered advantageous;
Knowledge of machine operation, TPM, NCE, and MS Office suite;
Teamwork, communication, and initiative;
Internal Candidates: Randstad employee with a minimum of 3 months’ experience.
