Ethics and integrity are part of all business relationships, as well as humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** 1\) Conduct end\-to\-end Recruitment and Selection processes, identifying and attracting top talent through internal and external sources, aligning candidate profiles with the business's strategic needs; 2\) Plan, implement, and monitor the Training Program, conducting needs assessments, managing the approved budget, developing the Annual Training Plan, executing training actions, and evaluating their effectiveness; 3\) Manage Talent Development Programs, such as Trainee, Internship, and Apprenticeship programs, acting from attraction and selection through job rotation plan monitoring, performance, and progression; 4\) Review and update Training and Development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational, technological, and process changes; 5\) Develop and implement talent retention strategies, promoting actions that strengthen employee engagement, motivation, and recognition, focusing on reducing turnover and valuing human capital; 6\) Promote Development and Organizational Climate initiatives, using tools and methodologies that drive professional growth and employee engagement; 7\) Manage costs and prepare budgets related to accounts, aiming to ensure optimization of resources provided by the company; 8\) Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Human Resources area, contributing to strategic decision\-making; 9\) Support labor law matters, acting as a facilitator in validating collective agreements and communicating ratified conventions to employees; 10\) Act as a representative in labor hearings and support activities required for labor claims; 11\) Support the Corporate Communications team, contributing to the dissemination of institutional and local initiatives, strengthening engagement and organizational culture; 12\) Coordinate the People Management Pillar within the Management System, actively participating in programs, audits, and inspections, focusing on building a safe, healthy, and collaborative work environment; 13\) Actively participate in and support internal and external audits, providing assistance to involved departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to continuous improvement of people management processes. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; An MBA in Human Resources Management will be an advantage. **Additional Information** Intermediate or advanced Office Suite skills; Knowledge of Power BI and intermediate English proficiency are advantages. **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
