Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and optimize production processes in the agribusiness sector, aiming to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and reduce costs through continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate continuous improvement projects for production processes 2. Lead initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies 3. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and PCP departments to enhance operational efficiency We are looking for a professional to work in the agribusiness sector, responsible for coordinating and optimizing production processes, promoting gains in efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost reduction through continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate continuous improvement projects for production processes; * Map, analyze, and optimize operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; * Develop, review, and standardize procedures and work instructions; * Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), proposing action plans to improve results; * Lead initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, and quality tools; * Conduct productive capacity studies, line balancing, industrial layout optimization, and waste reduction; * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PCP, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency; * Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions; * Support innovation, automation, and production capacity expansion projects; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and industrial best practice standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in industrial processes, preferably in the agro-industrial segment; * Experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis tools; * Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs); * Advanced Excel skills; * Familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset; * Systems thinking; * Leadership and influence; * Organization and planning; * Clear communication; * Sense of urgency; * Results orientation; * Proactivity. **Benefits and Other Details:** * Meal allowance of R$400.00 * Breakfast and afternoon coffee provided at the company * Transportation allowance * Hazard pay of R$320.00 * Opportunity for professional development within a solid and continuously growing company. **All details will be shared during the interview** Compensation: starting from R$0.01 per month Benefits: * Transportation\-allowance Work Location: On-site
