Job Summary: Maintenance Analyst responsible for updating and analyzing maintenance information, planning and scheduling maintenance activities, monitoring efficiency and cost indicators, and supporting the team. Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** Update and analyze daily maintenance information to identify improvements and solutions for root causes of failures. Monitor and update predictive, preventive, condition-based, and lubrication maintenance plans and reports. Assist in the creation and revision of technical work instructions. Plan and schedule mechanical and electrical maintenance—both in-house and outsourced—while managing the spare parts warehouse and purchase requests for parts and services. Develop and monitor suppliers, as well as issue requisitions and register materials in the system. Monitor maintenance efficiency and cost indicators, contributing to solutions for chronic problems and identifying root causes of failures and process stoppages. Update equipment criticality control, identification, and classification. Participate in operational meetings to support the identification of needs and definition of solutions, and assist in implementing best maintenance practices.
