We seek professionals who want to take ownership of complex projects and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment. **Responsibilities:** * Lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery * Review schedules, product plans, and communicate with relevant departments * Analyze program information and align with the engineering team * Manage vehicle project deliverables * Lead internal project processes * Create and manage specification releases * Control and track project changes * Manage vehicle configuration updates **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or related field) * 5 years of experience in automotive electrical systems * Experience with electrical testing in manufacturing plants * Advanced/Fluent English * Strong leadership and communication skills * Organizational skills **Desirable:** * Master's degree * Experience in vehicle validation or development * Knowledge of electrical systems * Ability to work independently * Manufacturing plant experience Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$7\.500,00 per month Work location: On-site
