For more information about the company: https://www.iav.com/BR\_pt **About the opportunity:** Responsible for the complete design of the strategy for active chassis controls, starting from defining vehicle dynamics performance targets, proceeding through simulation and rapid prototyping on the vehicle to evaluate the active system's performance. **Responsibilities and duties** * Specification of vehicle control functionality requirements * Implementation of vehicle control functionality requirements using Model-Based Design approach (Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow environment — VI-CarRealTime, CarSim or equivalent) * Verification of the Control Strategy in the Matlab simulation environment and/or on the vehicle using Rapid Control Prototyping * Basic tuning of the Control Strategy on the vehicle under both high- and low-traction conditions * Automatic code generation using model compiler (TargetLink / RTW) * Software validation in MIL/SIL/HIL environments **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Automation Engineering * Technical background in vehicle dynamics and control systems * Ability to interpret and discuss complex control algorithms * Proficiency in Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow * Knowledge of Model-Based Design * Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, UDS, J1939) * Experience with Vector tools such as CANalyzer, CANape * Experience with ETAS tools such as INCA/MDA * Advanced English proficiency **Additional information** * CLT employment contract * Flexible working hours * Meal or food allowance * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Training incentives: languages and specialized courses * Life, health, and dental insurance * Partnerships with universities and language schools **The Company**: IAV is one of the world's leading companies providing automotive engineering services.
