Perform virtual simulation of programs to optimize cycle times, speeds, and feed rates. Support the production team in validating and adjusting programs on machines. Maintain organization and version control of CNC programs to ensure traceability and safety. Record programming data, cycle times, and implemented improvements in spreadsheets or internal systems. Collaborate with engineering to optimize processes and reduce material waste. Comply with quality and safety standards, ensuring adherence to technical specifications. Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement meetings, contributing practical suggestions.
