




Job Description: The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support and responding to maintenance requests for computers and printers, installing and configuring operating systems, and supporting network infrastructure. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide user support across all locations, both in person and via telephone; * Install and maintain computers, mobile devices, and other peripherals; * Configure corporate mobile devices according to the manager’s request; * Proactively manage and track service tickets with vendors to ensure timely resolution and maintain clear communication with users; * Enter invoices and/or contracts into the BENNER system; * Provide support for Windows and Microsoft Office; * Format computers; * Enforce security policies; * Install software approved by TRANSMARTINS; * Provide user/driver support for the Mobile application; * Assist with daily departmental routines; * Monitor and respond to service tickets in the GLPI system; * Maintain organization and accuracy of the performance indicator spreadsheet, providing reliable data for departmental decision-making; * Join computers to the domain; * Assist in maintaining network infrastructure; * Actively pursue continuous improvement through participation in training programs and acquisition of new knowledge, applying them to daily work routines; * Create and maintain manuals, technical documentation, and training videos. Requirements and Qualifications * Technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Technical support and user assistance skills. * Basic knowledge of hardware and software, including device installation and configuration. * Familiarity with Help Desk tools and ticket management systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems effectively. 2512110202491691627
