Verificar las carpetas de sala (peso, heparina, firmas de los pacientes); Actuar en la supervisión mediante orientación, capacitaciones y participación en reuniones sectoriales o intersectoriales según demanda, atendiendo las solicitudes del equipo de enfermería respecto a aclaraciones y resolución de problemas; Informar cualquier situación a la coordinación; Exigir, al final del mes, la impresión de las hojas de sala (personal administrativo auxiliar); Realizar la medición y registro diario de la temperatura de las neveras y velar por su organización y conservación; Acompañar el traslado interno de pacientes graves; Derivar al paciente fallecido durante la diálisis al necrotorio del hospital, informando a los sectores correspondientes y registrando la baja en el sistema, con el fin de garantizar la continuidad de los procedimientos y el cierre del tratamiento. Solicitar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las máquinas de hemodiálisis ante la ingeniería clínica y la empresa externa, mediante llamadas telefónicas y protocolos, para garantizar la continuidad del trabajo.
