Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Experience in crushing and mobile equipment; * Microsoft Office suite; * SAP, PM-MM (Computerized Maintenance Management System); * Critical Failure Analysis. * Supervise area activities, planning, scheduling and assigning tasks to guide teams and resolve operational issues. * Develop schedules and coordinate with the production department to carry out maintenance of machines and equipment, optimizing or avoiding downtime. * Establish preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance standards for machines, equipment and facilities to ensure full operational capacity of the company. * Monitor the development of new projects, contributing to technical studies of tools and equipment. * Interface with service providers, monitoring their activities to maintain operational costs within pre-established financial limits and required quality and safety standards. * Analyze equipment performance through historical performance evaluation to avoid negative impacts on productivity and reduce the number of stoppages and defects. * Identify improvements in processes, projects and work methods related to electrical maintenance to contribute to improved quality and productivity levels. * Provide necessary resources for scheduled activities by monitoring procurement processes, quotations and inventory levels. * Provide technical guidance to work teams, supervising high-complexity field activities to maximize operational effectiveness. * Identify needs for acquiring machines and equipment, defining technical specifications to support the development of the company’s investment plan. * Prepare the area’s budgetary control, analyzing entries and justifiable adjustments to ensure activities remain within previously established financial limits. * Prepare technical root cause analysis reports to prevent recurrence of equipment failures. * Perform duties in accordance with predefined safety, quality and environmental standards to support the company in achieving its goals. 251224020249644957
