Description: Must be currently enrolled in an engineering program (production/mechanical/chemical or related fields). Proficiency in Excel (Office suite) required. Knowledge of Power BI is desirable. * Support activities related to processes, acquiring knowledge in production, quality, and maintenance areas, integrating the process perspective as a whole. * Assist in indicator management (KPIs) and in monitoring and managing inputs. * Support production closing activities and KPI data entry into computerized systems. * Assist in reviewing departmental standards and in training operational staff. * Prepare technical reports when necessary. * Monitor the operational dashboard for dryer and grinding operations. * Support the monitoring of engineering and development projects. * Provide leadership with information on root cause analysis and performance improvement. * Support cost management (Cash Cost, Maintenance Cost, OBZ factory). * Participate in internal factory meetings, preparing materials for discussions on KPIs, anomaly analysis, process improvements, kaizens. * Develop and update technical documentation and process reports. * Apply quality and production tools to optimize processes. * Conduct complaint evaluations to ensure compliance with requirements. * Support quality-related topics, including entering results into computerized systems.
