Job Summary: Coordinate the IT team, manage infrastructure, support ERP and database systems, and work closely with business units in technology management. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and development of the IT team. 2. ERP (preferably Minerion) and Microsoft 365 environment support. 3. IT infrastructure management and stakeholder interface. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the IT team by distributing tasks, monitoring deliverables, and supporting the team's technical development, ensuring Level 1 and Level 2 user support. Maintain the Minerion ERP system by supporting users, handling incidents, and monitoring functional and technical failures. Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment and IT infrastructure, including internet, local network, Wi\-Fi, VPN, workstations, printers, and IT services. Support SQL database analysis and validation. Manage technology vendors and partners. Collaborate closely with business units to ensure smooth operation of IT resources supporting administrative and operational routines, serving as the interface among users, technical teams, vendors, and management. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; Experience with Level 1 and Level 2 technical support; Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Minerion; Knowledge of connectivity and networking; Knowledge of SQL databases; Ability to coordinate teams and directly handle critical issues when required. Familiarity with the mining industry environment will be considered a plus.
