Job Summary: Professional to manage and execute civil construction projects, prepare budgets, and monitor operational activities. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with documentation and technical support for construction works and services **Main Responsibilities:** Support the management, control, execution, and analysis of renovation and civil construction projects; Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, including budget and physical schedule preparation; Assist in preparing documentation and providing technical support for contracting construction works and services; Collect and analyze data to prepare production and quality reports and indicators; Monitor activities performed by operational workers and prepare service measurement reports. **Requirements:** Completed technical education — Courses: Building Construction Technician, Civil Construction Technician, Civil Engineering Technician, Construction Planning Technician; Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD drawings; 6 months of experience in the described activities, verified via official stamped declaration or work record book. **Desirable:** Proficiency in Microsoft Project. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
