




Job Summary: A professional to monitor contracts, maintenance activities, risk and quality indicators, and participate in optimization projects, with a focus on operational management of shopping malls. Our story continues, and we are ready to create moments that transform and impact people’s lives, generating connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitoring contracts and managing relationships with third-party companies; * Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance schedules carried out by the facility team, ensuring execution quality and equipment availability; * Monitoring Technical Risk indicators; * Monitoring Quality indicators (items related to building conservation and maintenance, availability of utilities (water, electricity, and gas), and major equipment (elevators, escalators, generators, air conditioning systems, and others)); * Participation in projects aimed at optimizing, increasing efficiency, and improving shopping mall processes; * Preparation of presentations, reports, analyses, and studies relevant to the area; * Monitoring and managing all legal documentation related to the shopping mall’s operations area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Automation, and/or Production Engineering (preferably from the 5th semester onward); * Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D software is a plus; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite and Power BI proficiency are a plus. **Additional Information** What We Offer You Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance/Parking; Life Insurance; Gympass; EduPass; Birthday Day Off; Wellz (psychosocial support service); Saber Online (internal learning platform); We exist to connect people with what matters—serving and delighting every day, creating transformative moments.
