Therefore, we seek talented individuals with passion in their eyes, a desire to build, and the energy to grow alongside us. **If you dream big, have an insatiable thirst for learning, and wish to be part of building the investment bank reshaping entrepreneurship in Brazil, this is where you belong.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform hardware and software maintenance and technical support routines. * Monitor local systems and networks, identifying failures and escalating to responsible parties. * Support the installation and configuration of IT equipment and systems. * Provide first-level support for internal requests. * Coordinate with technical service providers (IT, security, telecommunications, etc.). * Record and update equipment and license inventories. * Support implementation of backup, security, and update policies. * Suggest improvements for automating support processes. * Manage user access controls and provide user support. * Collaborate with technology and management teams to ensure resource availability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Academic background: Currently pursuing or completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Networks, or related fields. * User support (hardware and software) * Local networks (LAN/Wi\-Fi), cabling, and network assets * Microsoft Office 365 and collaborative tools * Windows and Linux operating systems * Basic knowledge of information security and backup **Competencies and Skills:** ------------------------------- * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to solve problems under pressure * Clear and concise communication * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Collaborative mindset In March 2013, we began polishing our diamond: Apex.
